DESCRIPTION

WeSecure Ltd is looking for a sales-driven person with good communication, follow-up and customer service skills.

We are mainly looking for someone with strong sales ability, good communication skills and a serious sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate must be organised, proactive, comfortable dealing with clients, and able to follow the full sales process from enquiry, to planning, payment and client satisfaction.

Technical knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory. Full training will be provided on our electronic security solutions.

MAIN FUNCTION

The Sales Representative is responsible for managing client enquiries, perform site visits, prepare quotations and follow up opportunities for our electronic security solutions, including CCTV, alarm systems, access control and motorized gates.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify prospects, manage enquiries and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Perform site surveys, understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with clients until a decision is received.
  • Maintain proper records of clients, opportunities, quotations and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate confirmed orders internally, including preparation of purchase requests for the Purchasing Department.
  • Liaise with the Store for stock availability, material preparation, deliveries and returns.
  • Ensure proper handover of confirmed works to the Technical Team.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing works and provide regular updates to Management and clients when required.
  • Visit sites when necessary to check work progress, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolving client complaints and report important issues to Management.
  • Prepare and submit the required information for invoicing once works are completed or as per agreed payment terms.
  • Monitor debtors related to own sales and follow up until full payment is received.
  • Provide after-sales support and answer client questions related to the use, operation and maintenance of systems.
  • Promote Wesecure’s products, technologies, software and services.
  • Provide regular sales, opportunities and progress reports to Management.
  • Participate in the learning and development of new technologies.
  • Provide support to Administration, Operations and Management when required.
  • Perform any other cognate duties requested by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or in a competitive business sales environment
  • Previous experience in the electronic security industry would be a definite advantage but is not essential.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Electronics, Business Management, or any other relevant field would be an advantage.
